The steel roof was in general poor condition, the existing roof paint had peeled off over a long period of time, the old polycarbonate had deteriorated badly and the ridge capping had been blown off during strong winds.

New glass fibre profile skylights were installed complete with new self-drilling fixings and sealing washers, new purpose made ridge flashings were fabricated and installed, the roof was cleaned down, prepared and painted with a specialised cladding paint to complete the roof refurbishment project at the store.
