The existing roof deck was cleared of all grit in preparation to receive a new built up felt roof system. Once the roof had been prepared, recovery boards were installed onto the roof deck with a bonding agent, a felt vapour barrier was installed to the recovery board, a 4mm base layer torch on felt was installed followed by a 4mm tweed coloured mineral torch on cap sheet complete with all welts drips and closures to complete the project.
